Tea Room Tales & Tidbits

After four years of compiling our first book, it is finally here! Tea Room Tales & Tidbits is a collection of short stories and recipes based on experiences of operating the Ivy Tea Room and Craft Studio. Life-long Bruce County resident and business owner, Tamara Pasley, has authored the book which was released in May 2010.

The book is now in it's second printing! Over 300 copies have been sold and orders keep coming in. Thanks to all our patrons for supporting our book.

Tea Room Tales & Tidbits is a soft cover, 6x9 book published by ITR Enterprises. It contains 192 pages, 20 of which are in colour. This publication includes over 115 of the Ivy Tea Room & Craft Studio recipes that were served in Paisley, Ontario. During the seven and a half years the tearoom was open for business, many customers requested these recipes but they were never revealed. This publication finally details them in full with easy to follow instructions, helpful hints, and pictures. The book also includes numerous stories about how the tearoom came to be and the many people and situations encountered. In addition to answering the numerous questions asked by the many Ivy Tea Room visitors, a fascinating collection of ghost stories are also revealed.
